Furmeet Worriken 2026

We remind you that you must be of legal age to participate in this event (18 years old).
This event is not suitable for people with reduced mobility for the proposed activities (kayaking, swimming) and movement within the chalet is limited.
The rooms: if no username is mentioned for your roommate, you will be with a random person in the room and chalet.
You will have until 10/04/2025 to cancel your reservation. After this date, it will no longer be possible to cancel it with us, but you will be able to transfer it to another person until 10/05/2025 at the latest. You will then need to arrange for the resale of your ticket on your own..
Reminder: it is prohibited to resell the ticket for a price higher than the base price (€168).
If the weather forecast predicts rain a week in advance, the kayaking/canoeing activity will be canceled and a refund of €15 will be made to the bank account used for the reservation.
There are no towels or toiletries in the bathroom. You need to bring your own.
Worriken just informed me that the sauna is broken. They don't think it will be repaired by the time we arrive..., Sorry, but there is a good chance it will be unavailable during the stay.
We will also have a shared cabin for us to gather, with drinks and snacks available throughout the day and evening.

Program:

- 3:40 PM: Check-in and room assignment by Drewan, who will be in possession of the keys.

- 3:40 PM : Free time / pétanque / disc golf / Wii (depending on the TV) / musical chairs?

- 3:40 PM > 4:00 PM: Official opening of the meet in front of the main chalet (the number of the chalet will be announced on the day of the event).

- 4 PM > 6:30 PM: Start of the walk. (departure from the main chalet).

- 7:30 PM > 9:30 PM: Free time / Pool.

- 10 PM: Movie night.

- 11:30 PM: After the movie, music + snacks + board games

- 2:00 AMAM: Closing of the main chalet.

- Between 7:00 AM > 10:00 AM: Breakfast at the Worriken restaurant (you can come at any time during this time frame)).

- 10 AM > 12:20 PM: Opening of the main chalet + Free time / pétanque / musical chairs / disc golf / Wii.

- 1:30 PM > 5:00 PM: Tree climbing + Zip line, Archery, Canoeing/kayaking

(depending on the weather, this may change)

- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Pool.

- 5:20 PM > 2:00 AM: Opening of the main chalet

- 6 PM > 8:30 PM: Board games.

- 8:50 PM: Group photos (main chalet)

- 9 PM > 10 PM: Night walk in the city. (departure, main chalet).

- 10 PM > 4 AM: Music + snacks + board games.

- 4 AM: Closing of the main chalet.

- Between 7:00 AM > 10:00 AM: Breakfast at the Worriken restaurant (you can come at any time during this time frame).

- 10 AM: Brushing and doing the dishes in your cabins.

- 10:30 AM: Check-out (return of the keys to the cabins at Drewan).

- 10:00 AM > 12:00 PM: The pool is open and available.
